Book your class
My classes are designed by me, inspired by my love of the great outdoors and are a fusion of all my favourite styles of yoga created specifically to suit my student’s needs, as well as any external challenges society maybe facing at the time. I adapt my classes based upon the general mood I detect, and I like to weave ancient Chinese healing Qigong moves into a yoga Asana as an example, as well as focussing on the awareness of the breath.
Classes are inclusive and for all abilities. Please come along and see what you think, I have years of experience working with people from different cultures, genders, backgrounds and religions, so I can promise I will do my best to make you feel comfortable and relaxed, so that you can enjoy your yoga practice as much as I do.

Safety First
In terms of your safety, I am a fully qualified yoga teacher, having successfully completed 200 hours of Immersive training with Yoga Like Water in Cornwall, over 12 months, face-to-face and online, and I have an Independent Yoga Network affiliated qualification as a result, of which I am a fully insured member of. My training included a Physiology and Anatomy exam, and then how to put this into practice in my teaching, and therefore I can suggest adjustments for most injuries or physical challenges that people may have.
I also completed a British Red Cross First Aid course recently just in case someone did get injured or anything serious happened at one of my classes. (I'm hoping this won't happen, but you must be prepared for anything!)
As a yogi and yoga teacher your learning never stops, and therefore expect me to add more specialist skills in the coming years, as I am already planning my next training courses for later in the year.
I am fully insured to practice through BGI, however, as always with any exercise regime, class or practice, there is an element of responsibility on yourself to disclose if you do have any injuries, have had surgery, are pregnant or post-natal, have any long-term health conditions or anything else I need to be aware of that that may affect your ability to practice certain poses. There are adjustments that can be made for many health conditions and a lot of that is about listening to what your body is telling you and easing off where necessary, as I can't feel what you can feel.
For more information about our safety procedures, please visit our Health & Safety page.
